Come make treats, interactive toys and wall art for the rescue dogs at Northwest Dog Project. Kids should bring one parent, an old pair of jeans they don’t mind cutting up, and crayons/markers. The activities will take place outside so please come prepared for sun or colder weather. The treats will contain peanut butter; children can always work on other activities but those with severe allergies should take note. Please also note that for everyone’s safety, kids should not expect to be handling dogs during this event.

Event capped at 10 kids. Guardians will sign a liability waiver with them to participate. The event will take place rain or shine.

We’re are limited to just ten children so please sign up before we fill up, but let us know if you decide you’re unable to attend after you sign up. We will send you the event address a day or more prior to the event.

I, the undersigned and/or parent/guardian of the individual(s) indicated above, do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Hands Can and its agent from and against any and all liability resulting from participation in the events listed above. I understand that the event(s) in which I and my child(ren) are enrolling, like all activity programs, has some inherent risk, for which I agree to assume the liability. Furthermore, the individuals indicated herein are in good health appropriate for the activities in which they will be participating. Public Health: I agree to follow all public health recommendations which may include mask wearing, social distancing, etc. I understand that these recommendations will be set by the organization with which we are volunteering and/or by public health authorities. Photo Release For Little Hands Can promotion purposes, photographs may be taken of participants. No names or any other identifying information will be shared if the photograph is used, unless requested. I hereby grant Little Hands Can permission to use my and my child(ren)'s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based social media accounts, without payment or other consideration. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notify the photographer or LHC Representative at the event. Consent: I allow LHC to store my name and email to contact me regarding details for the event.
