To honor Memorial Day we will be making cards for Operation Gratitude who send Care Packages, with ‘thank you’ cards included, to new recruits, troops, veterans and first responders. For Care Package recipients these letters, notes, and drawings are among the most cherished items in their box. Please help us thank these brave men and women.
Cards for Hospitalized Kids (CFHK) is an internationally recognized charitable organization that spreads hope, joy & magic to hospitalized kids across America through uplifting, handmade cards. Come help us spread this hope and joy on Tuesday 14th by making some cheerful spring cards for this amazing organization. We will also be making some fun seed cookies to spread some joy to the birds in our community.

Today is the day we will be sorting all our school supply donations and grouping them into school kits for the Refugee Resettlement Coalition of Lane County which supports refugee children in our area. If you have extra school supplies listed on our flyer please consider donating those to this amazing cause.
Come decorate carry home cat boxes for Greenhill Humane Society. We will also be making dog puzzles to promote healthy brain stimulation for dogs.
To celebrate Spring we will be doing some paper weaving that will result in fun, colorful cards. We will address some to the residents and take one home as well.
There are so many people in our community who help us each week and each day! Mailman, UPS drivers, cashier attendants, bank tellers, doctors, garbage truck drivers, etc. Here is a chance to show our appreciation for all they do.

Early Childhood CARES provides early intervention and early childhood special education to infants, toddlers and preschool age children in Lane County. All services are free of charge to eligible children with special needs. Happy Helpers will be making cute fidget toys for EC Cares so that they can incorporate them into their home and preschool visits.
Come help Meals on Wheels make a difference in the lives of those who are sick and home bound. We will be decorating lunch bags and place mats to help bring some cheer to those who receive the meals from this amazing nonprofit.
Today we will celebrate Valentine’s day by making cards for McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center, the residents and a fun heart craft to take home or pass on to someone special. Let’s spread our love of friendship and giving!

Today we will be coloring placemats for Meals on Wheels, a service available in Eugene for people over the age of 60 and their spouses who cannot get out much due to illness or advanced age and who are not eating properly, regardless of their income. We will be doing some fall crafting with the residents as well.
Come join us as we make dog puzzles for pups in shelters. Giving dogs something fun to do in their kennels throughout the day is key to keeping them content and healthy during their shelter stay. By making these simple dog puzzle toys, we can provide dogs with a fun activity to help pass the time.
